FOCUS - GEOMETRIC SANS SERIF

I N T R O D U C T I O N

Focus is a display geometric sans serif typeface, with two weights, regular and bold and the respective oblique versions. The width is expanded, the x-height is extra tall, the ascenders and descenders are extra short, and the characters don't have contrast between letters or strokes. Focus Dingbats and Decorative are a bonus typeface to complete this font package. The first version was designed on 1999 but the project didn't was finished until this new redesign 2005-2006.

Each weight have common ligatures (fi, fl) but Focus Ligatures set provides extended possibilities for different combinations (Th, ct, ff, ffb, fb, ffh, fh, ffi, ffj, fj, ffk, fk, ffl, ffr, fr, fft, ft, ffy, fy, sh, st). For advanced typographic features the Open Type version includes ligatures on each weight. Focus Decorative is a bonus typeface to complete this font package.
